Operating the electric tug

Warning
	Safety hazard Never put an incomplete and/or damaged electric tug into service. Have it repaired by your distributor. An improperly adjusted electric tug can cause injury. Never adjust the electric tug while driving.

It is recommended that the battery is fully charged before the electric tug is put into operation, also to verify the operation of the battery charger, see section Charging the battery.

1. Check that the electric tug is complete. The following parts must be present:
   • a suitable hook for the electric tug;
   • the equipment supplied and correctly assembled;
   • a Movexx battery in its battery holder;
   • an ignition key (optional);
   • this manual.
2. Check the electric tug for damage, loose bolts, and other discrepancies.
3. Adjust the height of the tiller head.

   
   

   

   
   

   Note: The safety reverse switch should be in front of your abdomen in the working position.
4. Check that there are no people and/or animals in the immediate vicinity of the electric tug.
