Liability

The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for damage and/or injury resulting from:

• applying non-original parts;
• incorrectly assembled parts;
• applying attachments that are not suitable for the electric tug and the load;
• damages resulting from work performed by third parties;
• failure to observe the use and maintenance instructions;
• other usage than specified in this manual;
• wear and tear, negligence, collateral damage due to neglect of previous symptoms, overload, third-party accidents;
• failure to comply with the technical specifications regarding power supply as mentioned in this manual;
• use that does not comply with the legislation on machine safety and/or with the standards included in the applicable legislation;
• exceptional events and/or circumstances;
• use by unqualified, unauthorised and/or untrained personnel as indicated by Directives 89/391/EEC and 2009/104/EC regarding worker safety in the workplace.
